Dexter Brooks established DHEU LLC in 2010, born in Atlanta Georgia; he has spent his career developing his skills to provide Medical Information Services to under deserved communities. For nearly 20 years, he has focused on Medical Health Services and Information Technology.
Hannah Lau is our Director of Operations, and that rare combination of architect AND engineer.

Originally Established in 1993 as Serenity Care Givers, an Indigent patient facility and Home Health Services to disabled and terminal patients. During the last 20 years our passion has been to continue to develop the necessary skills to provide Medical Information Services to under deserved communities, Specializing in Health Insurance; Dental; Vision; Life Insurance and Health Information Technology.
